Why This Role Matters

A unique opportunity exists for a full‑time Property Manager to join our growing team and become part of Savills’ vibrant workplace in Sydney. Working within the NSW Asset Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your property management expertise while providing support across a portfolio of assets. To succeed in this position, you will bring strong knowledge of MRI, exceptional organisational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment, and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Handle reporting and documentation with accuracy, including rental arrears, income monitoring, lease administration, and organised record keeping.
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day property operations and maintenance, ensuring assets are well‑maintained, compliant, and running smoothly.
  • Stay on top of all property management timelines, ensuring key deadlines and statutory requirements are consistently met.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain asset standards, support positive tenant relationships, and proactively identify maintenance needs.
  • Build strong communication lines with colleagues, tenants, contractors, and clients to ensure a seamless and professional service experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in commercial Property Management
  • Proficiency in Mandarin highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Confidence working with high‑volume, process‑driven tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with a polished, professional presentation
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using MRI ideal
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
