Working within the NSW Asset Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your property management expertise while providing support across a portfolio of assets. What You’ll be Doing
- Handle reporting and documentation with accuracy, including rental arrears, income monitoring, lease administration, and organised record keeping.
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day property operations and maintenance, ensuring assets are well‑maintained, compliant, and running smoothly.
- Stay on top of all property management timelines, ensuring key deadlines and statutory requirements are consistently met.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain asset standards, support positive tenant relationships, and proactively identify maintenance needs.
- Build strong communication lines with colleagues, tenants, contractors, and clients to ensure a seamless and professional service experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in commercial Property Management
- Proficiency in Mandarin highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- Confidence working with high‑volume, process‑driven tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a polished, professional presentation
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using MRI ideal
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
